Born 7 June 1943 in Cap Rouge QC, Serge enlisted in the RCOC Apprentice Program in 1960 and became a PERI in 1965. He has served in Longue Pointe; Germany; CMR; Mont Apica; St Jean; Air Com; Esquimalt and CFSPER as the SCWO. Serge was awarded the MMM 1985. He retired in 1995 as a CWO.
