Born in Hamilton ON in 1931, Harry joined the Army (RCASC) in 1950 and served in Korea and Europe. Re-mustering to the PERI Trade in 1956, somewhere along the way he picked up the nick-name “ Harry the Rat.” Harry served in Kingston, Egypt, Ottawa, Borden, Winnipeg, RRMC, and CFSPER where he retired in 1984 as the SCWO. He is now living semi-contentedly in Comox.
