TatarchukWaldmar Eli (Hank) was born on 2 Aug 1930 in Vegreville, AB. He is married to Arlene (Hauberg) and they have one child Erik. Hank is a graduate of UofA, BphE and UofOtt, MphE. Military Career

Hank's military career started with his entering the University Reserve Training Plan as a flight cadet at the U of A in 1949.  From there his career took the following path:

Early days of his career saw him involved in the opening up of Bases.   Times were interesting, challenges many and satisfaction great.  Latter stages had a more direct impact on fitness programming and associated research plus sports championship program of the Canadian Forces.
